To expand our staff, we are looking for a full-time, experienced air conditioning technician to be mainly working in Melbourne CBD and fringes. Answering directly to the proprietors of the company, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Strong expertise in a variety of commercial HVACR systems.
• Capable of installing chilled systems, such as basic Split systems to VRF/VRV.
• Capacity to install ventilation and robust mechanical duct systems.
• Recognize, assess, and resolve problems with different mechanical services equipment and air conditioning plants.
• Maintaining the effectiveness and performance of various mechanical services and air conditioning systems, especially those that are in a business environment.
• The ability to fix malfunctioning parts and accessories on a variety of mechanical and air conditioning equipment plants, including electrical controls and accessories.
• Must have excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and submitting pertinent paperwork (digitally).
• Additional to our requirements are having a solid work ethic, dependability, integrity, and completing the work assigned to an exceptionally high standard of workmanship.
The suitable candidate needs to possess:
- A current, valid driver's license from Australia 3+ years of professional experience
- White Construction Card
- Refrigerant Handling License
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Working with Children's Check
- At least 3 years of verifiable post training experience in the industry with a track record of success
Remuneration is $70,000 per annum

As the manager of operations and business administration manager, it will be your duty to establish and sustain solid working relationships to all our clients while representing our company. Improving business performance, ensuring safety and compliance, and offering technical know-how and direction to our HVAC employees will be your main priorities.
An outline of the position:
· Represent the company to our clients and fostering a productive working environment through consistent communication.
· Determine ways to enhance the performance of the business and offer suggestions.
· Verify adherence to the guidelines for essential safety measures.
· Organize employees and contractors and keep an eye on their compliance and performance.
· Help in creating the operational and capital budgets.
· Provide our HVAC employees technical know-how and direction.
· Availability for on-call and after-hours emergencies is required.
· Keep an eye out for and fix issues related to the smooth running of equipment, machinery, and plants.
· Make routine inspections and assemble thorough reports.
· Organize the repair of an emergency breakdown.
· Help in creating maintenance and servicing contracts.
· Keep site logbooks, electronic records, and relevant papers up to date.
· Manage, estimate, and propose service contracts.
· Procure parts and materials to organise things before scheduled project starts.
· Oversee maintenance, repairs, and operational difficulties within predetermined budgetary constraints.
